Step 9: Change Primary DNS to “22.214.171.124” and Secondary DNS to “126.96.36.199”. OR Primary DNS to “188.8.131.52” and Secondary DNS to “184.108.40.206”. And click on “Next”.
Step 10: Select MTU Settings as “Automatic”.
Step 11: Set Proxy Server as “Do Not Use”.
Step 12: Click on “Test Internet Connection”.
It will take some time to Set Up and check the Internet Connection. Then you will no longer see PS4 Error NP-41397-4.
