Step 10: Select MTU Settings as “Automatic”.
Step 11: Set Proxy Server as “Do Not Use”.
Step 12: Click on “Test Internet Connection”.

It will take some time to Set Up and check the Internet Connection. Then you will no longer see PS4 Error NP-41397-4.
